From all of us at TimeFiler, we'd like to thank you for your tremendous support during the year. 2009 has been a fantastic year for us with a huge increase in sales, and we've been working flat tack to keep up!

In this issue we introduce the new partners responsible for this growth in demand, and we welcome our new clients. We'll also tell you about the developments within TimeFiler, and provide tips on how to use some of our new features.

TimeFiler partners with IMS Payroll, Fusion5 &

Business Evolution Group.

To help us take TimeFiler to the next level we’re delighted to announce that we have partnered with IMS Payroll, Fusion5 and Business Evolution Group to provide new features and added value for their payroll customers. Consequently we’ve experienced a significant leap in sales and new business enquiries for TimeFiler.

The partnership with IMS Payroll in particular has had the most significant impact since we integrated our timesheeting, roster and leave functionality into their payroll software. We have since doubled our customer base and increased the number of people using TimeFiler by a third to 9,000 employees.

With over 10,000 payroll customers IMS is one of the largest payroll providers in New Zealand, so we're excited that there’s heaps more potential for sales through this partnership.

In November, TimeFiler went live for the 400 staff at CityFitness Group thanks to our newest partner Business Evolution Group, providers of SAP Business One solutions. Congratulations to Business Evolution Group for a very successful implementation!

Our third partner, Fusion5, helps their customers to determine new ways of leveraging investments made in ERP, CRM and HRMS systems. They are very excited about TimeFiler and we look forward to working with them in the New Year.

Without a doubt establishing business partnerships is the way to go and will be a key element of our expansion strategy in 2010.

We'd like to give a warm welcome to the following companies who have chosen TimeFiler for their timesheeting solution, many of whom are relying on features for their individual requirements.

St John provides ambulance services for approximately 85% of New Zealand's population. Each year, 2,230 paid and 7,000 volunteer St John ambulance officers care for and save the lives of thousands of New Zealanders and visitors to the country.

St John are a big fan of TimeFiler because we have provided a simple solution to what they felt was a complex problem: getting nationwide ambulance staff to enter their timesheets online (instead of completing and submitting paper based timesheets). St John love that we were able to easily integrate TimeFiler into their PayGlobal system.

CityFitness Group is one of the largest fitness companies in New Zealand with gyms located throughout the country. While they initially wanted a timesheeting solution, their problems were further minimised when they realised TimeFiler also had the ability to manage very complex payments and rates.

TimeFiler works out group fitness class rates based on the gym and the class type for individual employees, as well as automating costings and payments for their employees, including commissions and retainers.

Tait Radio Communications designs and delivers radio solutions for a variety of industries throughout the world. With so many employees out of the office, and in many locations around the world such as NZ, Australia, US and UK, getting timesheets and leave requests in time for pay day has simplified dramatically now that Tait employees can log into the same TimeFiler system wherever they may be.

Colmar Brunton is a well known market research company in New Zealand. They needed a timesheet system that would not only track time, but would also capture information for each job to help with costing. TimeFiler is working wonders, and is integrating well with both their Maconomy global financial system and Jade payroll system.

Skills4Work provide apprenticeship and workforce training solutions for industry and currently have around 260 customers around the country. Almost live on TimeFiler, pay day will become so much easier with apprentices filling in online timesheets.

Product news.

A common concern for businesses needing an online timesheeting system is compatibility and data integration with their existing payroll and financial systems.

TimeFiler is a standalone application, and we work closely with third party payroll suppliers such as Fusion5 and IMS Payroll. This ensures integration is easy, and maintains a single-vendor relationship for customers. We work hard to make applications work together seamlessly to prevent wasting effort on duplicate data entry and inconsistent data.

Looking ahead to 2010.

With the increase in sales demand, one of the first things on our to-do list for next year is to increase our internal resources with new sales and support implementation personnel, and account managers. Of course this will mean that we'll also have to look for some new offices to accommodate everyone!

At the same time we'll be starting to identify opportunities and potential partners in Australia, and upskilling our New Zealand partners so they can help us with implementation and training. It looks like 2010 is going to be a very busy year for us... onwards and upwards!
