TimeFiler makes headlines!

TimeFiler 2.0’s launch got off to a brilliant start when we featured on page 3 of the first September issue of Computerworld magazine. Reporter Ulrika Hedquist wrote the following about us:

“Christchurch start-up Enfinit has got up and running in a way many start-ups can only dream of. The company’s product, a web-based time-sheet management application, has already been implemented by TNS Asia Pacific, a global market research organisation, and has been used by TNS’s 2,500 users across the region since 2006.”

We also went on to receive coverage in the Business Day section of The Press, including web coverage on businessday.co.nz and stuff.co.nz. Read the full article here.

TimeFiler goes commercial

The commercial version has launched! Building on TimeFiler’s proven platform, version 2.0 boasts additional leave request, rostering and payment functionality - all supported by 100% online access.

TimeFiler 2.0 is the result of a single-minded approach to smarter timesheeting, providing users with a single website for roster, leave and timesheet management.

To coincide with the launch, we have also designed a brand-new website and included lots of information about TimeFiler’s benefits and why it’s in a class of its own. You can now take the software for a test drive via our online demo and easily access our straight-forward pricing plans through the site. We have also provided plenty of useful information so you can make an informed decision about your timesheeting requirements.

TimeFiler exhibiting at NZPPA Conference

If you happen to be in Takapuna over 18-19 September, then pop into the Bruce Mason Centre to see TimeFiler in action at the NZ Payroll Practitioners Association (NZPPA) Conference. Our CEO, Ian Johnson will be presenting from 2.00 till 2.30pm on Friday, and we'll also be available at our stand to demonstrate TimeFiler and discuss your timesheeting requirements. Further details and directions to the venue are available on the conference website here.

Case study: TNS more profitable with TimeFiler

TimeFiler, which has already found acclaim with pre-release installs in respected corporates including TNS Asia Pacific, Solid Energy and New Zealand’s Aviation Security, is emerging as a strong contender in the global market of timesheet management software.

Currently, TimeFiler is servicing 2,300 consultants spread throughout 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region for Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS), one of the world’s largest market research companies. In 2005, TNS needed a new time capture and reporting system to better reveal project profitability and usage of staff time. The challenge for TNS, however, was finding a system that would work best across all regions. TimeFiler was the perfect solution.

Timesheeting Tips

You can specify warnings in TimeFiler to alert users as they fill in the timesheet.

For example, if some employees never work past 11pm, TimeFiler makes sure this can’t be submitted in the first place. If users have to specify particular information for certain types of work, then TimeFiler shows tips to make sure all information is present.

Learn more about warnings and alerts in TimeFiler here.

What's next?

We’re passionate about making TimeFiler the best employee time management software available, and we’ve got lots of exciting ideas that we hope to tell you about in the next issue. Between now and then we’ll be working hard to make TimeFiler even easier to use, quicker to roll out, and more cost-effective.

Don’t forget, if you’d like to comment, give feedback, or request more information e-mail us at info@timefiler.com. We’d love to hear from you!
