We recognise that organisations have varying requirements when it comes to leave. Some have dozens of different leave types while some only have a few.
You get to decide on the leave types, and of course the code and description. You can then very simply map them to your existing Payroll code so that an import file can be created for Payroll each period.

TimeFiler integrates with your existing Payroll system so it always has up to date employee leave balances.
The TimeFiler business rule validation rules will ensure employees are notified that there is insufficient leave for the leave request, or pay a different leave type which is determined by you, for example, Sick without Pay.

TimeFiler provides a monthly calendar view, so that employees and managers can easily see who is working and who is on leave.
